Turismo Alpmed S.r.l. guarantees the security, privacy and protection of the personal data in its possession, during every processing phase.

Personal data collected are used in compliance with Leg. Decree 196/2003.

The website uses a data base whose details are supplied by registered users and by the data related to requested quotations, by credit note data and by additional data deriving from relations with said users.

Data collection

During normal management, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

These data are not collected in order to be associated with identified users, but are data whose very nature may allow user identification through processing and association with data held by third parties.

This category includes IP addresses or domain names of users’ computers who browse the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to put the request to the server, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s reply (successful, error ..) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data are used exclusively in order to obtain anonymous statistical information concerning use of the website and to check its correct operation and are immediately deleted after processing.
Such data may be used for ascertaining responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes towards the website.

What is a cookie

The article 122 of the Code is referred to them, in the part which claims that “the dismissal of the information on the device of the contracting party or of a user, or the access to information which are already archived, are permitted only if the contractor or the user have expressed their agreement after they have been informed with the specified modalities described on the art. 12 paragraph 2 (art. 122, paragraph 1, Code).

Publishers and third parties

Another element to be considered for the correct definition of the overview topic, is the subjective one. Finally, if the user reaches the website by clicking on a banner in another website, he/she should note that the advertising network provider, designated as external Data Processor, has set the necessary cookies for identifying the throughput and the amount of any purchases made. These cookies are the responsibility of the advertising network provider, whose policy code may be consulted on its corporate website

Data confidentiality

Turismo Alpmed S.r.l. will not transmit any personal identification datum or information to third parties except to those who intervene as service suppliers or in order to manage a contractual relationship and the consequent administrative requirements, where required and only as is strictly necessary.
