The restaurant ‘La Campana‘ was born in April 1988. The owner Mario Lentini took over company with the aim of creating in the heart of old Turin a local restaurant, offering the cuisine of his homeland: the Puglia.
And it is here that his passion while watching mom Angela prepares hanmade orecchiette. The Apulian cuisine alongside a typical Piemontese, because Mr Mario, from the age of 17, is formed in the hills: from ‘Judge‘, where he learned all the secrets of the starters, the agnolotti with roast sauce ancd good braised in Barolo.
‘La Campana’ becomes synonymous then for a clientele from varied tastes.
